REFUEL = Put Back In

REFUEL

A high performer MUST put in the proper fuel. You CANNOT put cheap fuel in a high performance car for it to run at optimal level and to take care of the engine in the long run. This applies to us as well.

Refuel encompasses three key areas:

1-iconNutrition

What you eat makes a HUGE difference on your energy levels throughout the day. If we eat poor and fast, it has an effect on us. The problem is most of us have eaten poor and fast for so long, we don’t know the difference or any other way. Learning to eat properly for your energy and your health is vital to your success long term.

2-iconFitness

This means every thing from movement within your day to getting back in shape or in better shape. We MUST learn to add this key area into our daily rhythm to gain the energy edge it produces and the confidence in us for looking and feeling better about ourselves. Once we start and we feel and see the results, you’re hooked!

3-iconPersonal Development Plan

It’s important to refuel the body with nutrition and fitness but also important to refuel the mind. This is where a PDP (personal development plan) comes into the picture. A PDP is a pre-determined, organized system for individual growth in the areas of your life that move the needle. Once the plan is created, it’s creatively implemented into the rhythms of your life and becomes an energy creating activity for you.
